WALLY LOPEZ
Charismatic DJ, producer and radio jock named Angel David Lopez, better known as Wally Lopez, began his career at the age of 13. Considered as the pioneer of house music in Spain, has showcased his sound at some of the finest clubs and festivals across the world, which resulted in him becoming the only Spanish artist in the prestigious DJ Mag top 100. He’ll be playing a home game in Barcelona, sure to get you moving to his big room beats.
SHARAM
Sharam has been pumping out a never ending stream of dance floor smashes – first as one half of Deep Dish, and as a solo artist since 2008. Sharam’s remix clientele includes Michael Jackson, Madonna and the Rolling Stones. He is the very first in dance music to have won two Grammy Awards. From performing in front of thousands at the infamous Burning Man event to headlining some of the most influential venues around the world, he appeals to underground purists and mainstream audiences alike. From the moment Fedde le Grand acquired world fame with the ubiquitous ‘Put Your Hands Up for Detroit’ in 2006, he has established himself as a solid house dj. With a winning streak of chart busting productions and remixes and of course his mesmerizing dj-skills, it’s easy to see why Fedde le Grand is a Sensation favorite.
SUNNERY JAMES & RYAN MARCIANO
Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano - the energetic duo who match soulful vocals with fast pumping House. Their skill lies in the ability to build a track, drop it, pull in the next, sample soul-pleasing vocals, then drop another so smoothly that their whole set feels like a constant upward progression. Another skill is their ability to read the crowd and give them exactly what they want.
JUAN SANCHEZ & DANIEL SANCHEZ
What would this year’s show be without the musical support from Amsterdam’s finest? Juan Sanchez and Daniel Sanchez have each made crucial contributions to the Dutch capital’s thriving tech house scene: Juan with his Format clubnights and Daniel with his Blabla platform and imprint. The brothers rarely team up behind the decks, but Sensation is the perfect occasion for a family affair.
